eStoreroom.com is owned and operated n Lovely San Diego, California, since January of 2007. From 2005 to 2007 we operated several mini online stores that have now been merged into eStoreroom. You can also find us on eBay and Amazon both stores opened in 2006.

Exchanges and Returns

Many of the items we sell can be exchanged or returned within thirty (30) days from the delivery day for a Partial Refund. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping, handling, & insurance costs and re-stocking fees. Items shipped for free will have the actual shipping, handling, and insurance cost deducted from the refund.

Due to the size and nature of some items there may be no exchanges or returns. Please view individual listing and our Exchange and Return Policy for more details. There is not re-stocking fees for items valued $249.99 or less.

Contact Information

We make it easy for our buyers and visitors to contact us using email, postal mail, or telephone. We answer all inquiries within one (1) business day, many within a few hours.

Our Customer Care Team is available to assist you Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. We are available Saturdays 10:00 am to 3:00 pm during the Busy Winter Season starting the Saturday after Thanksgiving and ending January 2^nd.

About our Products

All of our products are shipped direct from the factory, farmer, importer, or manufacturer who produces them. There are no middle-people to add extra cost to the end user (our loyal buyers). We concentrate on selling Indoor and Outdoor items for the Home and some Health, Pet, Picnic, Sporting Goods, and Travel products.

We feature products that can be used in any home including apartments, condominiums (condos), mobile houses, and townhouses. Many of which have space restrictions that many regular sized houses do not. We have always concentrated on providing products that are Environmentally Safe, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Eco-Friendly.

Promote your Product

If you have exclusive rights to a product that you would like eStoreroom to promote or sell then please review the following:

1. Must be direct producer (factory, farmer, manufacturer) or importer of product (s) (no middle-people) that you represent
2. Product must be able to be sold over the Internet and over any Marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Shop.com, etc.)
3. Product must be able to be shipped direct to our Customers ( Drop ship)
4. You must be able to provide: images that are a minimum of 72 dpi,600 pixels by 600 pixels
5. You must be able to provide: Detailed Product Descriptions, Features, Specification, UPC Codes
6. Great Customer Support and Service Standards
7. Regularly eMail Inventory and Out of Stock Notices (Weekly, Monthly)
8. Samples are not required but are encouraged

If you are interested having eStoreroom promote your product, then send us and eMail with: your name, company name, address, eMail address, telephone number, product name, type of product, and website address. We respond to most inquiries with 1 to 2 business days.

We reserve the right to review and investigate the ownership and right to sale of any item submitted. We only deal directly with producers and importers of products and not with 3^rd, 4^th, or 5^th party distributers.
